Coronavirus Update: Gratitude Challenge

Hey Everyone! I hope all of you have been doing well and have been safe during these difficult times. I don’t know about any of you, it feels like each week is presented with a whirlwind of new information, data, unpredictable certainity and its a little nerve wrecking. Although the future has been upended for all of us, I feel like there is some silver lining in all of this and to make best of the present moment. We can take this opportunity to do so much that we haven’t had time; self care, our side hustle, time to talk to our family, learn a new skill, work on that project at home…. the list goes on 🙂

I want to keep this post short. I challenge those that are reading this to take the time each morning and list 5 things you are grateful for. Do it for at least 30 days. Challenge yourself and come up with 5 different things a day. If you can’t do 5, do 3, do at least 1. Start somewhere. It’s been noted that expressing gratitude can boast your happiness. I think it’s important to do it especially during these times of uncertainty. Let’s change our focus, focus on the positive, focus on the things we do have, with the resources we do, let’s make best of the situation we have 🙂
