30 Day Gratitude Challenge
Each day come up with 1-5 items to show gratitude for. The challenge is to not repeat any of the items that are on your list. You can make it as simple or complex as you want it to be. It can be gratitude towards yourself, other people, technology, health, it’s all up to you
I recommend;
1. Starting a Gratitude Journal or writing them down. You can be creative and even put the gratitudes on a slip of paper and placing them in a jar.
2. On Day 1 – Start with just one gratitude, then build your way up.
3. Try to be very specific. Example; I am grateful for my mid becomes I am grateful for how I can remain calm in the face of adversity. I am grateful for my son turns into I am grateful for my sons outgoing personality and seeing the brighter side of life. By being specific it allows you to hone into why you are grateful and allows you a chance to develop or grow off of the one gratitude.
4. Do it in the morning for a motivational boast to starting your day or at the end of the day to relax you before you go to bed.
You got this and good luck! Let me know in the comments below how it goes for you!
